"Transform Your Life At The Push Of A Button"
Hi all… I wanted to post another quick update so it doesn’t look like I disappeared of the face of the Earth. 🙂
Back in June of ’16, I launched my online hypnosis school, which I’ve been working on day and night for over a year. Thankfully, it’s been an incredible success and has allowed me to teach this difficult-to-learn modality to hundreds of people all over the world.
As always, I’m still coaching others one-on-one, although I’ve drastically scaled back the number of my steady clients to avoid burnout. Thankfully, things have finally calmed down a bit, so I’m ready to bring onboard a few more highly-motivated individuals. My selection process is a bit more stringent these days, as I only want people who are seriously committed to achieving their goals and dreams. But this is actually beneficial for everyone, because if we work together, you’re near-guaranteed to see incredible results.
Hey everyone… I know I’ve been MIA but I’ve been hard at work on my online hypnosis school, which is taking up almost every waking moment of my life. 🙂
Anyhoo, DatingAdvice.com was nice enough to write a feature article about me. I discuss the type of work I do with my clients, my own personal challenges growing up, and share some tips for those who are still struggling to find love.
Hey there… I haven’t been posting much in the last 6 months because I’ve been busy cranking out a ton of new products.
I’ll have some updates shortly, but in the meantime, I have a new book up on Amazon which you might be interested in. If you like money, that is. 🙂

Recently, a team of Stanford researchers concluded an 80 year-long study on longevity. What they discovered was quite shocking.
According to their research, stress doesn’t necessarily shorten your lifespan, marriage isn’t a golden ticket to old age and, surprisingly, the “don’t worry, be happy” crowd died the earliest.
But guess what they found to be the most important behavioral predictor of longevity?
I wanted to let you in on something about my industry that’s a bit shady… something you’ll have to watch out for if you’re looking to work with a coach or therapist.
I was recently interviewed in the March issue of Cosmopolitan about how to get over past hurts and move on with your life. The article, however, was a bit disappointing since they only used about 5 minutes worth of the 30 minute interview. I’m fully aware of their space constraints but since the published tips were taken out of context, their readers are going to have some difficulty implementing them.
To rectify the situation, I’ve decided to post all of the tips from the interview on my blog so you can successfully use them to let go of anything that’s been holding you back. Give them a shot and let me know how well they work for you.

Wishing you all the best in 2014,
Have you ever asked yourself this question? I certainly have since I’ve been let down MANY times in the past.
I bring this up because I have an incredible gift for you today that’s (you guessed it) absolutely free. So please put your skepticism about “free” products aside because if you’re looking to make some major life changes then you’re going to find it extremely valuable.
Here’s the backstory…
As I’m sure you already know, every superstar athlete, A-list actor and celebrity musician has a team of coaches invested in their results. Coaching is such an integral part of the success process and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a high-achiever who doesn’t attribute at least some of their success to coaching from a trusted mentor or advisor.
Many of my clients have voiced objections to “faking it until you make it.” Most say things like “I don’t want to be fake” or “I tried it but I just felt stupid.” While these are valid concerns, they are still terrible excuses for not equipping yourself with a simple (and very useful) personal development tool.
In this TedTalks video, social psychologist Amy Cuddy explains how our body language can quickly change our hormone levels as well as our moods. This is not only fascinating but it confirms what I’ve been saying for years. Check it out and then go work on your “power poses.”
I’m very proud to say that my new home study course is finally available. “Limitless” is a jam-packed compilation of the very best techniques, strategies and killer advice I’ve learned over the last 15 years I’ve spent in the self-help field. I’ve named it after the movie because it’s the next best thing to popping NZT without the horrific side-effects.
I wanted to share another success story that will inspire you to reach your goals in 2013. Ahmed (or Mickey as he prefers to be called by friends and family) started working with me less than two years ago. During our time together he has made some absolutely astonishing progress. I won’t bore you with all of his many accomplishments but I wanted to share his two biggest ones…
To me, the spirit of Thanksgiving goes way beyond “awesome! a day off from work!”
It’s a time of reflection… of looking at your life in a different way.
For at least one day out of 365, tell that little voice in your head that’s always whining about what you don’t have and why things are so unfair to stfu…
As an authority on personal change, my clients frequently inquire about my own accomplishments and daily challenges. I’m always glad when this subject comes up because I believe in leading by example. If your coach’s personal life is a mess (or just plain stagnant) then you might want to find someone who walks their talk.
Football coach Lou Holtz once said “you’re either growing or you’re dying” and I couldn’t agree more. The act of pushing yourself to learn and do as much as you can keeps your heart beating and your mind razor sharp. Acquiring new knowledge and skills is one of the best things you can do for yourself and research shows that it even helps stave off age-related mental decline.
But sadly, once most people graduate college, their thirst for knowledge starts to wither and die. Problem!
I came across this very interesting video prank on youtube that showcases an interesting quirk of human nature. It’s no surprise that women are highly likely to be attracted to “high status men” (professional athletes, movie stars, musicians, etc) and would typically jump at the chance to be courted by one of these guys. But is there a way for us “normal” men to flip on this pre-programmed female desire switch even though our reality tv show deal fell through the cracks? Keep reading…
I’m very proud to share with you another incredible success story from a former client. When I started working with Peter a couple of years back, his sole focus was repairing his relationship with his ex-wife to the exclusion of everything else. While he believed this was all he cared about, he began to realize that he was, in fact, searching for a whole lot more… Read the rest of this entry »
A few nights ago, I had the pleasure of spending time with a former client who was back in town for a couple of days. Leslie’s story is pretty remarkable and I’d like to share it in the hopes it will motivate and inspire you.
Back when she came to me, Leslie was struggling through her fellowship at an NYC hospital. The daily hazing, the politics and the long, brutal hours took a serious toll on her energy and self-confidence. But to make matters worse, poor Leslie had an even bigger problem.
One of the issues that’s been coming up a lot lately for my clients is bedroom-specific performance anxiety. For men, not being able to perform on command scares the crap out of them which is understandable considering their virility is as closely tied to their sense of self-worth as their incomes (and possibly more so).
Today I’d like to share with you one of my favorite techniques for battling stress and negativity. I learned this technique many years ago from one of my mentors, Mark Cunningham, and have found it to be an invaluable tool for changing negative thinking patterns. You can use this simple exercise to train yourself to become a more positive (and happy) person.
(This post is part 1 of a multi-part series on emotional control techniques.)
If you’re like me, more often than not, you find that your stress levels reach stratospheric proportions. At these times, it’s incredibly helpful to have a set of strategies you can use to calm the raging demons inside you. Today, I’ll be sharing a simple stress-reduction technique that can be used whenever you’re able to sit quietly for 30-60 seconds.
I stumbled across an interesting video on youtube that I’d like to share with you guys. It demonstrates how our brain occasionally plays tricks on us and distorts the information that we perceive with our five senses.
In this short clip, you’ll discover that sometimes what we think we’re hearing doesn’t match up to what’s being said. Take the simple test and see for yourself…
If you were following my rants and raves last year around this time, then you’re well aware of how much I dislike the pseudo-holiday known as Valentine’s Day. Sure, I could go on and on and rehash my gripes but my perspective hasn’t changed one bit since last year. What HAS changed, however, is the fact that I’m currently in a relationship and my girlfriend doesn’t exactly share my sentiments. So it’s safe to assume that today… the sh*t is about to hit the fan.
A couple of weeks ago I posted my top New Year’s Resolution strategies and urged all of you to start putting them into action. Some of you went ahead and sent in your plans for 2011 and I wanted to thank you for sharing. You guys think real big… I love it.
My awesome friend Jessica did a breakdown of her New Year’s goals and gave me permission to share. Jessica is a gorgeous and super-talented musician who’s focused on releasing her first album this year. Let’s take a look at her plans for world domination…
2011 is almost here and it’s time for yet another round of New Year’s resolutions. The question is… will you be one of the few people who actually sticks to their plan and makes a positive, permanent change or will your efforts fall into the fail pile along with millions of others? If you’re serious about making things happen in ’11 then you’re going to need a serious plan… Read the rest of this entry »
