While there are similarities, it’s a completely different process. Therapy tends to focus on gaining an understanding of where your problems originated from, in order to help you move past them. It’s common for patients to remain in therapy anywhere from 3-10 years!
Instead of spending our time revisiting hundreds of your old memories, we’ll be working on implementing ideas and actions that will get you fast results. Most of my clients see a tremendous improvement in the quality of their lives in only a matter of months.
However, I also use high-level therapeutic processes to help you quickly process deep-seated emotional issues, such as past traumas, insecurities, and other stressors. We’ll eliminate these as fast as possible which makes it much easier for you to achieve your goals.

As much as I would love to work with anyone, I’m very selective about who I work with. I need to be sure of 2 things: that I can definitely help you, and that you’re prepared to do what’s necessary to get you results as fast as possible. I’ll determine this on our initial call, and if I feel we wouldn’t be a good fit for each other, I’d be happy to refer you to another coach who can better assist you.
You’ll also need to be willing to invest in yourself, to believe that you deserve to be happy, and refuse to accept mediocrity. If you decide to rise to the occasion, then I promise you that your friends will be SHOCKED and your parents immensely proud of you, as the results of your transformation become obvious to everyone.
